HOW TO ENTER: To enter, go to www.TurnYourTableGreen.com to complete and submit the electronic entry form once during the Sweepstakes Period. Form must be completed in its entirety; no fields may be left empty. Incomplete entries are void. Limit one (1) entry per person. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to enter by using multiple nicknames or otherwise within the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor.
WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be selected on or about May 18, 2009, from all entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received each day. Limit one prize per person. All prizes will be awarded and potential winners may be notified by postal mail, phone or email at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if any winner cannot be contacted within three attempts, or is unwilling or unable to accept any prize, prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner.
